Foundational Strength is where solid movement begins. This class focuses on the fundamentals and building real strength through exercises rooted in physical therapy principles. Whether you're brand new to fitness or looking to move better and hurt less, you'll learn proper movement patterns that carry over into everything you do. All levels are welcome.

pure strength

Pure Strength is a higher-intensity strength class built for all fitness levels. Expect heavier loads, cardio bursts, and programming designed to build real, lasting strength with an emphasis on proper body mechanics every step of the way. This isn't just about lifting more; it's about moving well while you do it. Come ready to work.

Mobility

Move better, feel better, do more. This class is dedicated to improving the way your body moves by targeting joint range of motion, flexibility, and movement quality through guided stretching, controlled mobility drills, and corrective exercises. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing tightness from daily life, or looking to support your training with better movement, this class meets you where you are. All levels are welcome.

mat pilates

Inspired by classical Pilates and rooted in physical therapy principles, this low-impact class is all about quality of movement. You'll target deep stabilizing muscles, improve posture, and build functional strength from the inside out, all with an emphasis on good mechanics and body awareness. Accessible for all levels and abilities.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled class start time. Cancellations within the 12-hour window will result in a $15 fee and forfeiture of that class credit. No-shows will be charged $20 and will forfeit their class credit. Fees are applied to the card on file.
