physical therapy
Every client is different, and we treat you that way. Each session begins with a comprehensive assessment to understand your unique limitations, movement patterns, and goals. Based on your assessment, a plan of care is built around you, not a generic protocol.
As you progress, your treatment evolves with you, ensuring every session continues to support your recovery and help you get back to doing what you love.
Not injured? No problem!
You don't have to be injured to benefit. We also offer injury prevention programs that address strength deficits, movement imbalances, and flexibility.
treatment techniques
-
Hands-on treatment designed to restore movement and reduce pain. Techniques may include joint mobilizations, soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, and active release techniques.
-
A therapeutic technique that uses specialized cups placed on the skin to create gentle suction. Cupping helps improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, promote tissue healing, and enhance mobility.
-
Each exercise program is individually designed based on your specific needs and functional limitations. No two treatment plans are the same, and exercises are progressed and modified as your plan of care evolves.
types of rehab
-
We treat a wide range of muscle and joint conditions across all ages and activity levels, from acute injuries and chronic pain to post-surgical recovery. Whether you're dealing with spine, shoulder, knee, hip, or other orthopedic issues, care is individualized to help you reach your specific goals.
-
Programs designed to safely guide you back to your sport. Whether you compete at a high level or participate recreationally, treatment focuses on restoring strength, mobility, and movement patterns needed to return to your activity with confidence.
-
Evaluation and treatment for vertigo, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), vestibular hypofunction, balance impairments, and other vestibular disorders. Treatment focuses on reducing dizziness, improving stability, and restoring your confidence with everyday movement.
